SABOR A MI, GRILL, TEQUILA & BOTANAS was established by Elizabeth Hart and Martha Dovali and was conceived as a traditional Mexican home, offering traditional dishes and music, where our guests would feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Mi casa es su casa!
Searching for a great name they decided to call the restaurant Sabor a MI, after the title of a romantic bolero song: Sabor a Mi. The song Sabor a Mi was internationally popularized by Trio Los Panchos, in their rendition with Eydie Gormé in 1964.
Sabor a Mi’s Tequila Bar displays 100+ types of Tequila as a spirit to savor and enjoy. Tequila has become a spirit for connoisseurs and there are many fine tequilas just as good as the best cognacs.
Sabor a Mi has been recognized by several sources such as Westway’s Magazine, Inland Valley Bulletin, Inland Empire Magazine, and recognized food critics such as Allan Borgen, David Cohen and David Allen.Sabor a Mi was listed in January of 2019 among the 20 Best Restaurants in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and Yelp’s and Google’s Best 10 Mexican Restaurants.
